These Terms of Service govern access to this website and the decision advisory services provided under the role of Decision Advisor. By accessing this website or engaging in services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Decision Advisor services are limited to improving decision clarity and decision quality for business owners and executives. Services may include decision framing, assumption identification, risk and downside analysis, timing evaluation, and preparation of written decision memos. No operational execution or management services are provided.
Services are typically provided on a per-decision basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. Each engagement is limited to one clearly defined decision. Any additional work requires separate agreement.
Fees are agreed in advance based on decision complexity. Fees are charged for decision clarity delivered in the form of a written conclusion (proceed, do not proceed, or hold). If a responsible conclusion cannot be reached, no fee will be charged, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information relevant to the decision under review. The quality of advisory output depends on the information provided. The Decision Advisor does not independently verify client-provided information unless explicitly agreed.
All decisions and outcomes remain solely the responsibility of the client. The Decision Advisor does not assume authority, control, or responsibility for business decisions, execution, or results.
Information shared during an engagement is treated as confidential in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Confidential information is used only for the purpose of delivering agreed services and is not disclosed to third parties without consent, except where required by law.
Analytical tools, including AI-assisted tools, may be used to support research and analysis. Such tools are used as aids only. Final synthesis, judgment, and conclusions are produced independently by the Decision Advisor.
Business decisions involve inherent uncertainty. No guarantees are made regarding outcomes, financial performance, or future results. Services are intended to improve decision quality, not to ensure success.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Decision Advisor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of services or reliance on decision memos, including loss of profits or business interruption.
Either party may terminate an engagement prior to delivery by written notice. Any work completed up to the date of termination may be invoiced on a pro-rata basis, unless otherwise agreed.
All materials, frameworks, and written decision memos remain the intellectual property of the Decision Advisor, unless otherwise agreed. Clients may use delivered materials for internal decision-making purposes only.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of the relevant jurisdiction in which services are provided.
These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
